About food
What has happened over the last 40 yrs?
We now live in an obesogenic environment, this means that everywhere we go so many things in our environment are geared for us to use as little energy as possible to live.
An example of some of these are, cars, airconditioning, microwaves, remote control, electric windows, pizza delivery, texting, speed dial, computer, along with other things being taken out or our environment like, no ball games, small green areas no longer for children to play, reduced and restricted play areas for children and young adults.
